FORD
To check your order status, you will need your Fleet Identification Number (FIN).

To create or update your FIN code through Ford, please follow these links:
-  create a new FIN code
-  reactivate an inactive FIN code
-  update an existing FIN

When a new FIN code is created, a Welcome Package will be emailed to you from Ford Motor Company.  It will include your FIN code, your Website Access Code and a copy of the FIN Agreement.

With your FIN, you can visit fleet.ford.com and under "Orders" select "Order Status" to check the status of your order.

CHEVROLET
To check your order status, you will need your General Motors Fleet Account Number (FAN).

If you are unsure of this information, you may contact us or visit gmfleet.com.

With your User Name and password, you may log on to GlobalConnect to check the status of your order.
